Last week Thursday, we honor the remarkable legacy of Robin S. Reed and CEO of the Black Chamber of Arizona. We’ve lost a true pioneer, whose impact reverberates across Arizona and beyond.
Attached is a heartfelt video tribute to celebrate Robin’s profound influence from Saul Sutton , Nathan Harris and Jevin D. Hodge
Robin Reed’s journey spanned over 40 years, marked by unwavering dedication to uplifting small businesses and entrepreneurs. His infectious smile and unwavering spirit illuminated Phoenix, making it a better place for us all.
Robin’s partnership was invaluable in advancing critical initiatives like the 2023 Government Obligation Bond and shaping our economic development priorities. His leadership extended far beyond the Chamber, as evidenced by his numerous board seats and co-chair positions, including the Blue Business Council and Phoenix College President’s Advisory Board, among others.
His passing leaves a void that will be deeply felt, yet his legacy of empowerment and advocacy will endure, inspiring generations to come. My heartfelt condolences go out to Robin’s family during this difficult time.
Let’s carry forward Robin’s vision, ensuring his impact continues to enrich lives and communities. Rest in power, Robin Reed. You will be greatly missed. 🙏
